The Board and Management
The company is managed by a five member Board of Directors on behalf of the shareholders. Directorship is dependent on the number of shares owned. The current directors are:

- Chairman of Training Advisory Committee of the printing trade under Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA)

- Former General Manager of National Printing Company Limited (before privatization)
